Custom Formulation Package
Your formula is created from scratch to match your brand’s vision. You’ll receive custom-made samples with up to three rounds of refinements, while we manage packaging sourcing, filling, bulk sizing, and label compliance guidelines so your product is ready for market.
THE PROCESS

We’ll begin by having you complete a Custom Formulation Brief. This helps us understand your brand, the product you are looking to make, your packaging preferences, target market, key ingredients, price points, and any specific requirements for your product’s performance and look.

Once you've submitted your Custom Formulation Brief, we'll schedule a consultation call to discuss your requirements in detail. During this session, we'll review the brief together and fill in any additional details needed to ensure a thorough understanding of your goals and preferences.

With the information from your Custom Formulation Brief and consultation, our cosmetic chemists will begin crafting a customized formula tailored to your requests.

After the initial formulation, we’ll send the product to you for review. Once you’ve sampled it, you can request any revisions needed to ensure the final product aligns with your expectations and requirements.

All formulas undergo baseline microbial and stability testing to ensure safety and performance over the intended shelf life. Additional testing such as extended stability, challenge testing, or packaging compatibility is available upon request.

Once you’ve approved your final formula, we’ll review production costs for bringing it to market, including any applicable minimum order quantities (MOQs).

We’ll assist with label creation by providing a detailed requirements sheet to ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations, and connect you with trusted printers to produce them.
