Yes. Effective July 22, 2025, Bronze Boss, LLC is required to collect sales tax in every state. To avoid being charged sales tax on re-sellable items, a valid resale or tax exemption certificate must be submitted with your application. Without it, sales tax will be applied based on the shipping address.

Applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Once approved, we'll email you. Just log in with the email you applied with to see your wholesale pricing and place orders.

Absolutely. We offer sample sizes of most products so you can test before placing a full order.

Pro Solutions, Backbar, retail products and equipment have no minimum. White Label products have a 50-unit minimum per product, and gallons have a 5-gallon minimum.

Fulfillment typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, lead times are as follows:
- Wholesale/Retail: Products are always in-stock, ready to ship.
- White Label: Made to order by our lab and shipped directly to you (50-unit minimum per product, 5-gallon minimum on gallons). Production takes about 2–3 weeks from July through November, and about 5 weeks (up to 7) from December through June. Lead times are estimates.
- Fuji Spray: Equipment typically ships in 1-3 business days from date of purchase. We do not hold stock on these items and are shipped direct from Fuji Spray's warehouse in Buffalo, NY.
- Apparel/Mats: Are made to order and typically ship in 2-7 business days from date of purchase.

Yes, of course! You're welcome to sell on your own website or social channels. We just ask that you do not list our products on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. However, we do have an international customer base who utilize freight forwarding companies.
