1. Purchasing your desired products on the Bronze Boss website.

2. Designing, printing, and labeling your products.

For Label Design, you can create your own on Canva OR you may choose to hire a graphic designer from one of these recommended platforms: Fiver, Etsy, and 99Designs

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Order Samples?

Yes! Each Bronze Boss Private Label product can be purchased as a full-size “Sample,” for your own personal trial before committing to a minimum order quantity. Please note that only one sample per product is allowed to be purchased per account.

Can I Customize The Formulations?

Unfortunately, not for stock products. In order to provide you with the highest quality formula for the most cost-effective price, the Bronze Boss Private Label line is offered as is.

Can I Customize The Packaging?

The only products that can be customized in terms of packaging currently are the Tanning Mists and Moisturizers. Both of these items are offered in a white bottle and your choice of a black or white cap. All other products cannot vary from the stock packaging components in efforts to provide you with the most cost-effective pricing.

Can You Design And Print My Labels?

Unfortunately, this is not a service that is offered just yet. Please see above recommendations for design and printing service providers. Once you place an order, a full itemized list of label requirements will be included in your shipped order.

Are Your Products Organic?

No tanning product can be 100% organic due to the active ingredient, dihydroxyacetone. However all Bronze Boss Private Label products are paraben-free, gluten-free, 100% vegan, cruelty-free, safe to be used by pregnant or nursing mothers, and organic-based.

Where Can I Find An Ingredients List?

You will be provided with a full ingredients list upon request or with purchase of a sample or pack. While key ingredients for each product is publicly shared, full ingredient lists are not released or available online. This is to further protect the confidentiality of each Private Label client.

What Are Your Lead Times?

Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days if purchased products are in stock. However, please understand that due to high volumes of orders and COVID-19 shipping delays, orders can sometimes take up to two weeks to ship. 

Are There Any Legal Requirements?

Yes, you will need to have a state issued Seller’s Permit, Business License, and Product Liability Insurance in order to purchase and sell Bronze Boss products.

What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?

While best packaging efforts are practiced, sometimes items can unfortunately become damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please send an email with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Once received, a representative will be in touch to offer solution options.
