Bronze Boss® Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website or completing a purchase from Bronze Boss®, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all retail customers, professional artists, wholesale partners, white-label clients, affiliates, and digital training purchasers.
If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
1. GENERAL
Bronze Boss® is a cosmetic, professional education, and product development brand. These Terms govern all purchases made through bronzeboss.co and affiliated sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, Faire, LTK, and any direct invoices.
2. PRODUCT USE + SAFETY
• All cosmetic products are for external use only.
• Patch testing is recommended before full application.
• Follow all instructions on packaging or on our website.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
• Professional-use products must be used by trained, qualified professionals only.
• Results vary based on skin type, prep, application technique, and environment.
3. INGREDIENT TRANSPARENCY + ALLERGIES
Ingredients are provided on product pages and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists for potential allergens.
• Bronze Boss® is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
4. MANUFACTURING STANDARD
Products are made in an FDA-registered, MoCRA-compliant facility using micro-batch production.
• Minor variations in color, viscosity, or scent between batches are normal and do not affect product performance.
5. ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING POLICY
5.1 Processing Time
• Bronze Boss® is a micro-batch lab. Most products are hand-poured, packed, and made in house to ensure freshness and quality.
• Standard orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.
• Bulk items and large wholesale orders are often made to order and typically require 5–10 business days before shipping.
• White Label products are made to order by our lab and ship directly from the lab. Production typically takes about 2–3 weeks from July through November, and about 5 weeks (up to 7 weeks during peak demand) from December through June. See Section 8.
• Fuji Spray equipment ships directly from Fuji Spray, typically within 1–3 business days.
• Processing begins the next business day after an order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Processing and production times are estimates, vary seasonally, and may extend during high-volume periods.
• Orders placed with expedited shipping are prioritized in our production queue.
• Expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not reduce production time.
5.2 Shipping Estimates
• Estimated shipping timelines are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
5.3 Address Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
• Orders cannot be refunded, reshipped, or replaced due to address errors.
5.4 Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered,” Bronze Boss® is not responsible for packages not ultimately received.
If a package shows no movement for an extended period, we will assist in opening a carrier claim.
5.5 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
You must notify us of any order issues within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of:
• the product,
• interior packing,
• exterior shipping box,
• and the shipping label.
Failure to report issues within 24 hours may void eligibility for replacement.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS + REPLACEMENTS
6.1 Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final and non-refundable, including:
• Retail cosmetics
• Professional solutions
• White-label products
• Custom formulations
• Discounted or promotional items
• Digital training and downloads
6.2 Replacement Eligibility
Replacements may be issued for:
• damaged items
• leaking or defective items
• incorrect items shipped
• packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered)
6.3 Non-Eligibility
Replacements or refunds will not be issued if:
• product was used
• damage occurred after delivery
• item was stored improperly
• photos are not submitted within 24 hours
• batch variations resulting in differences from retain sample occur
7. WHOLESALE + PRO ACCOUNTS
7.1 Application Requirement
Wholesale and Professional accounts must first apply through our official Wholesale Application page.
Applications are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to verification.
7.2 Eligibility + Tax Exemption
• A valid resale or tax exemption certificate is required for tax-exempt purchasing. Without a valid certificate on file, sales tax will be applied based on the shipping address.
• Wholesale pricing is intended for professional use or resale to end consumers.
7.3 Ordering, Pricing + Minimums
• Approved accounts order online by logging in with the email address on their wholesale account.
• Wholesale pricing, product availability, and minimums are shown when logged in and may change at any time.
• White Label products have a minimum order of 50 units per product, and gallon sizes have a minimum order of 5 gallons.
• Payment is due by card at checkout before an order is processed.
• Affiliate and promotional discount codes cannot be applied to wholesale orders.
7.4 Usage Rules
• Professional solutions must be used only by trained artists.
• Wholesale customers may not resell Bronze Boss® products on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, or similar third-party marketplaces without written approval.
7.5 Account Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke wholesale access for:
• policy violations
• misuse of wholesale pricing
• unauthorized resale
• fraudulent activity
• abusive or inappropriate conduct
8. WHITE LABEL + CUSTOM FORMULATION TERMS
8.1 Made to Order
• White Label products are not stocked. Each order is produced to order by our lab and shipped directly to you.
• Minimum order: 50 units per product for retail sizes, and 5 gallons for gallon sizes.
• Production typically takes about 2–3 weeks from July through November, and about 5 weeks (up to 7 weeks during peak demand) from December through June. Production times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order is placed.
• Product availability for White Label may change, and some products may be discontinued for White Label at any time.
8.2 Final Sale
All white-label and custom formulation orders are final sale, with no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
8.3 Product Liability
If you:
• alter the product,
• modify the formula,
• pour or transfer bulk product into consumer packaging,
• change the bottle, label, claims, or directions,
you assume full responsibility and personal product liability for the final product sold under your brand.
Bronze Boss® provides raw or pre-filled product only and assumes no liability for altered product.
8.4 Intellectual Property
All formulations remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bronze Boss® and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or claimed as your own.
8.5 Compliance
White-label purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable cosmetic regulations when selling under their own brand.
9. DIGITAL TRAINING + EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
9.1 Final Sale
All digital content (certifications, guides, templates, videos, downloads) is final sale.
9.2 Intellectual Property
All training and content remain the property of Bronze Boss®.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
9.3 Certification Requirements
Completion of requirements may be necessary to receive certification.
10. PAYMENTS + BILLING
By completing checkout, you authorize Bronze Boss® to charge your selected payment method.
• Full payment is required before fulfillment.
• Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled.
• Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund.
11. PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS
• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• No price adjustments on past orders.
• Codes are valid only for the dates and items specified.
• Affiliate and promotional codes are valid on retail orders only and cannot be combined with wholesale pricing.
12. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
12.1 Joining
Anyone may apply to the Bronze Boss® Affiliate Program through the Affiliate Program link on our website. Bronze Boss® may approve, decline, or remove any affiliate at its discretion. Affiliates are independent and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Bronze Boss®.
12.2 Commission + Customer Discount
• Affiliates receive a personal discount code and referral link. Customers who use an affiliate’s code receive 5% off eligible retail purchases.
• Affiliates earn 5% commission on eligible retail orders placed with their code or referral link.
• Commission is calculated on the order value after discounts and does not include shipping or taxes.
• Commission is not earned on wholesale orders, on an affiliate’s own purchases, or on orders that are cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent. Commission already recorded on such orders may be reversed.
12.3 Payouts
Commission is paid through our affiliate platform once orders are approved, using the payout method set in the affiliate’s dashboard. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payout details current and for any taxes owed on their earnings.
12.4 Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may share their code and link on their own website, social media, and with their clients. Affiliates may not:
• list or sell Bronze Boss® products on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, or similar marketplaces,
• bid on “Bronze Boss” or similar brand terms in paid search ads,
• post codes on coupon or deal websites,
• make medical claims or misleading statements about our products, or
• present themselves as Bronze Boss® or its staff.
Affiliates should disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Bronze Boss®, as required by FTC guidelines.
12.5 Changes
Bronze Boss® may change commission rates, customer discounts, or program terms, or end the program, at any time. Commission earned on approved orders before a change will still be paid.
13. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By purchasing, you agree that:
• Results may vary by individual.
• Bronze Boss® is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Your sole remedy is limited to the purchase price paid.
• You assume all risk when using cosmetic products.
• No medical claims are made or implied.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, branding, formulations, product names, digital materials, graphics, and marketing assets are property of Bronze Boss® and may not be reproduced without written permission.
15. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information is used for order fulfillment, communication, and account management.
We do not sell customer information.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
17. MODIFICATIONS
Bronze Boss® may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
