Bronze Boss® Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website or completing a purchase from Bronze Boss®, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all retail customers, professional artists, wholesale partners, white-label clients, and digital training purchasers.

If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

1. GENERAL

Bronze Boss® is a cosmetic, professional education, and product development brand. These Terms govern all purchases made through bronzeboss.co and affiliated sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, Faire, LTK, and any direct invoices.

2. PRODUCT USE + SAFETY

• All cosmetic products are for external use only.
• Patch testing is recommended before full application.
• Follow all instructions on packaging or on our website.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
• Professional-use products must be used by trained, qualified professionals only.
• Results vary based on skin type, prep, application technique, and environment.

3. INGREDIENT TRANSPARENCY + ALLERGIES

Ingredients are provided on product pages and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists for potential allergens.
• Bronze Boss® is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

4. MANUFACTURING STANDARD

Products are made in an FDA-registered, MoCRA-compliant facility using micro-batch production.
• Minor variations in color, viscosity, or scent between batches are normal and do not affect product performance.

5. ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING POLICY

5.1 Processing Time

• All products are hand-poured, packed, and shipped in the order received.
• Processing times vary seasonally and may extend during high-volume periods.

5.2 Shipping Estimates

• Estimated shipping timelines are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

5.3 Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
• Orders cannot be refunded, reshipped, or replaced due to address errors.

5.4 Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered,” Bronze Boss® is not responsible for packages not ultimately received.
If a package shows no movement for an extended period, we will assist in opening a carrier claim.

5.5 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

You must notify us of any order issues within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of:
• the product,
• interior packing,
• exterior shipping box,
• and the shipping label.

Failure to report issues within 24 hours may void eligibility for replacement.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS + REPLACEMENTS

6.1 Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final and non-refundable, including:
• Retail cosmetics
• Professional solutions
• White-label products
• Custom formulations
• Discounted or promotional items
• Digital training and downloads

6.2 Replacement Eligibility

Replacements may be issued for:
• damaged items
• leaking or defective items
• incorrect items shipped
• packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered)

6.3 Non-Eligibility

Replacements or refunds will not be issued if:
• product was used
• damage occurred after delivery
• item was stored improperly
• photos are not submitted within 24 hours
• batch variations resulting in differences from retain sample occur

7. WHOLESALE + PRO ACCOUNTS

7.1 Application Requirement

Wholesale and Professional accounts must first apply through our official Wholesale Application page.
Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to verification.

7.2 Eligibility

• A valid resale certificate is required where applicable.
• Wholesale pricing is intended for professional use or resale to end consumers.

7.3 Usage Rules

• Professional solutions must be used only by trained artists.
• Wholesale customers may not resell Bronze Boss® products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or similar third-party marketplaces without written approval.

7.4 Account Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke wholesale access for:
• policy violations
• misuse of wholesale pricing
• unauthorized resale
• fraudulent activity
• abusive or inappropriate conduct

8. WHITE LABEL + CUSTOM FORMULATION TERMS

8.1 Final Sale

All white-label and custom formulation orders are final sale, with no returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

8.2 Product Liability

If you:
• alter the product,
• modify the formula,
• pour or transfer bulk product into consumer packaging,
• change the bottle, label, claims, or directions,
you assume full responsibility and personal product liability for the final product sold under your brand.

Bronze Boss® provides raw or pre-filled product only and assumes no liability for altered product.

8.3 Intellectual Property

All formulations remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bronze Boss® and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or claimed as your own.

8.4 Compliance

White-label purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable cosmetic regulations when selling under their own brand.

9. DIGITAL TRAINING + EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

9.1 Final Sale

All digital content (certifications, guides, templates, videos, downloads) is final sale.

9.2 Intellectual Property

All training and content remain the property of Bronze Boss®.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9.3 Certification Requirements

Completion of requirements may be necessary to receive certification.

10. PAYMENTS + BILLING

By completing checkout, you authorize Bronze Boss® to charge your selected payment method.

• Full payment is required before fulfillment.
• Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled.
• Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund.

11. PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS

• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• No price adjustments on past orders.
• Codes are valid only for the dates and items specified.

12. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By purchasing, you agree that:
• Results may vary by individual.
• Bronze Boss® is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Your sole remedy is limited to the purchase price paid.
• You assume all risk when using cosmetic products.
• No medical claims are made or implied.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, branding, formulations, product names, digital materials, graphics, and marketing assets are property of Bronze Boss® and may not be reproduced without written permission.

14. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information is used for order fulfillment, communication, and account management.
We do not sell customer information.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

16. MODIFICATIONS

Bronze Boss® may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Riley Young is a master-certified spray tan artist and founder of REY Collective. She began her sunless journey in sunny San Diego before bringing her signature glow to the 757. What started as a mobile tanning business in Virginia Beach quickly evolved into a full studio experience in the heart of Hilltop West, serving clients who value quality, skin health, and that effortless radiance. Now based in Des Moines, IA, Riley continues to support her Virginia Beach clientele with quarterly studio visits while expanding her presence in the Midwest. Wendy Charles

Wendy is the owner of Tanné based in South Louisiana. She opened her first storefront location in 2023, shortly after transitioning from tanning part-time to full-time. Wendy began her spray tanning career, as she explains it, “before it was cool.” She offered spray tanning services at a local tanning salon from 2012 until she transitioned to college in 2017. Fast forward to 2019, she realized spray tanning was the one thing that made her truly happy! She opened her business in 2019 while working full-time for three years. In August of 2021 she went full-time as a spray tan artist and hasn't looked back. She looks forward to working with you to achieve sunless success!

Tatum Ho'opai

Tatum is the Bronze Boss® behind Lucky Bumble Airbrush Tanning Studio in San Rafael, CA. Her sunless journey started in early 2016, when she was trained to be a fill-in for a friend, as needed. After an injury that left her friend unable to airbrush any longer, Tatum quickly found herself responsible for a fully-booked schedule - with only one short training session under her belt. Jordan Marlow

Jordan is the owner of Solis Studio located in Toledo, Ohio. She has been in the industry since 2014 after a family friend offered her a job. Soon after turning 18, she was hired and involved in post product production and distribution for sunless products. During that time, she worked a 9-5 day job while spray tanning at night, and in 2017, she received her Estheticians License. Even after 8 years of being an employee, she knew she still wanted more.     You’ll need to study up on the basics and complete all online learning components prior to your scheduled class date.

  • It varies and depends on a variety of factors. To help you determine your starting investment, we created thiseditable spreadsheetfor you complete with supplies, costs, and direct links.

  • Airbrush tanning is currently only regulated in the state of Oregon. Anyone participating in this course is solely responsible and obligated to do their own research regarding specific business requirements and laws in their jurisdiction of residence and or business operations. Currently, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate tans applied via airbrush. However, whenever starting a business it is your sole responsibility to locate your city, county, and state requirements and obtain the proper licensing, if necessary.

  • Whether you work with us online or in-person, you receive unlimited access to our online portal with regularly updated education course content.

  • Yes. The Business Of Bronzing is our business and marketing training course.

    Gain an understanding of business structures, developing a brand that attracts, calculating your cost per tan, how to effectively market both on and offline, plus more.

    Students will receive a digital guidebook, digital workbook, digital certificate of completion, and ongoing support.

  • In order to receive your certification, you must pass each module quiz (80% or higher) in addition to a passing live tanning assessment (80% or higher) granted by your educator.

    You can take the online quizzes as many times as you need. You will not have to pay any additional fees to take the quizzes.

    In the event you do not pass your live tanning assessment, a $100 retake fee is required.

  • We find that already certified artists excel best with mentorship sessions. These sessions are personalized and tailored to your unique needs. Connect with your desired educator to schedule a mentorship session.
